Adam’s memorial services at the Belltown Underground last night were one of the last times that so many members of Seattle’s messenger community will be in the same room together. I saw people that I hadn’t seen in years, but that I used to see every day. It was a somber gathering, but certainly not depressing, and I can only hope that my memorial would have so many good friends, fantastic cheese, and eight dozen bicycles hanging from chain link fencing.
